By accessing recruitradarapp.com and the RecruitRadar mobile application and any pages hereof, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Certain features of the Site or App may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site or App in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the additional terms and any provision in these Terms, the additional terms will prevail, but only with respect to the Service to which the additional terms apply.

USE OF INFORMATION AND MATERIALS

The information and materials contained in these pages, and the terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear, are subject to change at any time and without any notice by posting a revised Terms of Use on the Website or App. Any such revision will become effective immediately upon posting. Unauthorized use of RecruitRadar and systems including but not limited to unauthorized entry into RecruitRadar, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on a Website is strictly prohibited. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to final determination by RecruitRadar and/or its affiliates.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The information and materials contained in the Website & App, including text, graphics, information, links or other items are provided “as is”, “as available”. RecruitRadar does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of this information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with the information and materials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will RecruitRadar be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this Website, any information received from the Website, any email distributed to any user or any linked Website or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if RecruitRadar or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

CANCELLATION

In order to cancel a user must unsubscribe from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.  If you signed up via the website, please send an email to [email protected] in order to cancel your subscription.

REFUNDS

All RecruitRadar memberships, products and services are non-refundable.

RENEWAL

All subscriptions will automatically renew as they approach the end of their first twelve months, unless we terminate it or you let us know you want to cancel.

SUBMISSIONS

All information submitted to RecruitRadar via the mobile application shall be deemed and remain the property of RecruitRadar and RecruitRadar shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this website or mobile application provides RecruitRadar through this Website. RecruitRadar shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding submitted information except as agreed by the RecruitRadar entity having the direct client relationship or as otherwise specifically agreed or required by law. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting or reducing RecruitRadar responsibilities and obligations to clients in accordance with RecruitRadar’s Privacy Policy.

LIMITATIONS ON USE

Only one individual may access RecruitRadar.com at the same time using the same email or password. RecruitRadar.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately revoke your account.

EMAIL ADDRESS

You must supply and maintain a valid and verified email address in order to use this service. Invalid email addresses and those that have not been verified through the verification email sent upon sign-up will be deleted from our system and you will be denied access to the mobile application.  College Coaches must sign up with an .edu email.

GOVERNING LAW

Use of the website & mobile application shall be governed by all applicable Federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of New York.
